Having missed the last few years due to Covid we are delighted to report that the ARISE conference is once again happening this year.

The date is Saturday 7th May 2022 – a profoundly significant weekend for Red Community.

The venue will be Redeemer Church, Cardiff, CF24 2NF.

This year's conference theme is 'Ultimate Freedom'.

We will be exploring freedom from a Christian perspective and considering the unique role of the church in the pursuit of justice for the trafficked, exploited and enslaved.

Our keynote speakers are Kath Johnson (IJM) and Dai Hankey (Red Community). Kath will also be hosting one of our seminars. Our other seminars speakers are Heather Lewis (Brave Bear Trust), Nick Davis (Manumit Coffee), Lauren Medlicott (Embrace) and Louise Thomas (the Caru project).
